It has been a week since my last ESI session. Pain killing injections into my cervical spine. After the injections, I had 48 hours of incredible headaches and blurred vision, also very strange hot flushes, but that all settled down. For another day or so after the procedure, I could not feel any difference, I was still getting intense nerve pain in my right arm and had little strength in my hand, then I had 24 hours where the pain was worse than ever and I could not even make a fist. Thankfully, that too passed and now I would say that my arm and hand are improved by about 70%, which is great, and I am very hopeful of further positive progress, but even at 70% I am so much better than I was.
