First time in over a month I can raise my left arm up past shoulder height...I've said it before..."thank god for Cortisone injections"

Life seems to be closing in on me, and it is all I can do, just to remain positive. I haven't held a brush or entered the studio for days. Pain in my lower back and right hip (the un-operated one) is worsening. This pain along with other issues
are consuming my every thought...I hope this malaise passes soon.

Can't believe it is 6 months since my hip replacement surgery...

I am so happy with the way it has turned out.
