New Study

Fascinating and beautiful

UAE Commission

I am currently working putting together a proposal for an art commission in the UAE. The commission is for a major government project. Dealing with bureaucrats is very hard, at the best of times, but when it concerns art and creative concepts, it is damn near impossible!! Add to that the distance, time differences and cultural differences..all you can do is, your best....and hope it is enough!

Italian exhibition put back..

I have received word that the exhibition in Firenze is now to take place, in June of 2011.
While it is a long way off, I am glad that a date has now been set, and that it is confirmed. It is an exhibition/project I am very passionate about. I wish I could say more, but I think it is important to keep the specifics secret, until the other party stages a press conference to announce. But I am very happy and looking forward to June 2011.

December is here..

and so is the heat! Too hot too early, the studio is like an oven and the paint is sliding all over the place..
maybe time to switch to abstract expressionism! Hopefully a cool change over the next few days, life without air condioning
is no fun at all.
