Yesterday I lost one of my dearest friends, food writer, bon vivant, and mad punter Howard Twelftree, aka John McGrath. God bless you Howard, you have given me so many great memories, filled with joy and laughter...so many plates filled with good food, and so many glasses filled with great drink.

I love you as a brother, and you know that is true. There is a piece of my heart that has gone missing, but there is always a place at the table for you...Lorraine and I will miss you, more than words can say. Goodbye my friend, we love you....and thank you for everything, for always.
