Today I completed a project I have been working on for months, a unique edition of handpainted 1/1 pens for luxury pen maker MONTEGRAPPA. The edition is "Le quattro stagioni / The four seasons"

each pen, hand painted and hand finished by me and will be available as a boxed edition, the only one of its kind in the world. It has been a frustratingly exhilarating experience.

I would like to thank Caron Dunn and Denise Kendig for their advice and answers to my many technical questions.

On the easel today

I have long wanted to create a series inspired by the Aurora Borealis, and over time, I have studied books and photos on the subject...the challenge to create such an ethereal happening, was postponed over and over for fear of failure...but today the time felt right and so the first study was done.I am happy with the result, but know that there is a lot more work to be done, before it is "right".

There will be an interview/feature on myself and my work in the December issue of OM MAGAZINE (the December issue will be media partner at SIHH and GTE in Geneva in January). I am very proud to have been chosen for this, honour. The article will feature my work as an exhibiting fine artist and also my work creating for the International Luxury Brand world.
