Increased pain in lower back and my "old" hip, is making work very difficult today, it is even a struggle to walk.
Could it be the colder weather? I always thought that was a myth, maybe not.
My doctor has suggested an injection into my spine for pain relief, to be honest I am not that keen, to be more honest...that sort of thing scares me! If the pain continues like this I might just have to accept his advice and have the procedure done...but I will stall as long as I can. Will try to get into the studio today once i 'warm up' a little, as I have things I need to get done. I will also wear the TENS machine on my lower back to see if it helps control the pain.
